The day after the Uvalde shooting, two Richardson schools were placed on lockdown.

A school district spokesman says Berkner High School and Springridge Elementary were put on the lockdown status because of reports of an armed man in the neighborhood.

Police have already made an arrest and there are no reports of gunfire or injuries. Police say they are keeping the school on lockdown until police give an all-clear.
