A man is locked up in Dallas, accused of producing child porn with little girls.
Police say Germond Miller's name came up two weeks ago when a tipster reported him for uploading child porn to Internet sites. As they investigated, it was determined he was not just posting child porn - he was producing it by filming himself with at least one child under the age of eight.
When they realized he had access to a small child, it ramped up the intensity of their search. After two days of searching, a task force of local police and the US Secret Service tracked him down to Irving where police pulled Germond over on a traffic stop.
Investigators now say he has given a full confession, admitting to victimizing ten girls over the past six years including filming them and selling the resulting pornography.
He's now jailed in Dallas County on three charges: possession of child pornography, aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual performance of a child.
