An accused killer is locked up at Lew Sterrett, accused of gunning down a man at a gas station along I-35 near Camp Wisdom in southwest Dallas. The victim -- Christian Pollard -- was found shot to death yesterday.
Witnesses saw a potential suspect get away in Chevy Impala. After doing some detective work, police questioned a man named Jataivious Maxwell who was then booked into the Dallas County jail last night on a murder charge.
Police have not said what the shooting was all about.
