Dallas Police have filed more charges against the man arrested for a shooting at a Korean-owned hair salon in northwest Dallas last week.
Dallas Police have 37-year-old Jeremy Smith behind bars, charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting.
On Wednesday morning, Dallas police confirmed they have charged Smith with four additional counts of aggravated assault, now for a total of seven charges in all.
The new charges stem from the four other people inside the Korean-owned hair salon that were not hurt.
Dallas Police chief Eddie Garcia says Smith is also being looked at in connection with similar crimes in the area. The FBI is also investigating Smith for a federal hate crime.
The three women shot at the Hair World Salon business are recovering.
