They're photos from Lake Worth that are going viral on social media: three alligators sunning themselves on a dock.
Jimmy Martin and Zach Archibald are wildlife photographers. Over the weekend, they were hiking the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge along the north side of Lake Worth when they came across three alligators just hanging out, sunbathing on a dock.
Martin and Archibald snapped photos of the three, and they quickly started making the rounds on Instagram. Martin tells NBC-5 he wasn't scared of no alligator.
The larger alligator is estimated to be between eight and ten feet long, while the other two are around four to five feet long.
Wildlife experts recommend that if you ever encounter an alligator, leave it alone and don't get too close.
