Police say 41-year-old Kevin Milazzo killed Connie and William Mimms, his mother and step-father, in Corsicana Friday night then drove to the town of Frost and killed his 21-year-old son Joshua and Hunter Freeman, the four-year-old son of his ex-girlfriend, before committing suicide.

When police responded to his parents' house in Corsicana, they found two other victims who were still alive. They were both taken to the hospital. But JPS officials now say one of the victims, 20-year old Xavier Milazzo, has been removed from life support and died.

Officials say Xavier was also one of the suspect's children.

Investigators have not said what may have led to the murder-suicide, but they say Milazzo had a criminal history that included arrests for aggravated assault, burglary, evading arrest, family violence and making a terroristic threat.
