Today, Texas hospitality businesses focusing on food including restaurants and bars can begin applying a new wave of COVID-related relief.
Businesses can file applications online for TTIR, the Texas Travel Industry Recovery Grant Program. These grants will provide up to $20,000 to help businesses recover from losses suffered because of the Coronavirus outbreak, things like inflation, increasing food costs and other financial woes caused or increased by the pandemic.
Beside bars and restaurants, the grants can go to other businesses like caterers and food trucks.
Earlier grant windows offered the grants to businesses in the arts, entertainment, recreation, hotels and motels industries. The website to apply is here.
