
ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD)- Arlington High School has lifted its lockdown after police did a thorough sweep of the school and found no credible threats.
The school district says the school was placed on lockdown around 1:34 p.m. Monday after a threatening call was made towards the campus. Officers were immediately on campus investigating. They say they searched in and around campus and will now adhere to AHS protocol and evacuate students room by room.
Arlington ISD says students and staff are being released and their dismissal should be completed by 3 p.m. No disruption to bus service is expected.
