Arlington police have made an arrest in connection to a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened July 2nd.
Police say they found 42-year-old Charlton Harris at a Grand Prairie motel overnight. Harris has been charged with murder, public intoxication, and accident involving death.
Crimestoppers got an anonymous tip that helped pinpoint Harris as the person who was speeding that night before hitting a car and killing 39-year old Douglas Oseimo.
Police say he had been trying to get away from Pantego police and gave chase when he ran a red light and caused a crash that involved four cars.
The victim died at the scene.
