Police say Eric Jimenez has been diagnosed with an impaired mental condition.
Jimenez has black hair and brown eyes and a thin mustache. He's 5' 10" and 175 pounds, and was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt and black shorts. Police say he was last seen today along Meadowbrook Dr.
