ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD)- With the death of an Arlington shooting victim, a murder count has been added to the charges against the police's primary suspect.
Monday, Jesus Galarza was found badly wounded in a car with numerous bullet holes in it near Bowen and Division in West Arlington. He was rushed in critical condition to Texas Health Harris in Fort Worth where he has now died.
His death makes this a murder case and police have added a murder count against Joshua Nunn who remains in the Tarrant County jail.
Police believe Galarza and Nunn were doing a drug deal at the time.
