An Arlington woman struck and killed by the driver of a pick-up truck over the weekend has now been identified.
Arlington police say the victim identified as Annie Moore was crossing South Cooper early Sunday when she was killed. It was before sunrise and she was wearing dark clothing.
Police did not charge the pick-up driver, who remained at the scene of the accident as required by law.
