Police sources tell KRLD News there's been an arrest in Monday's murder of a young woman in East Dallas.

On Monday afternoon, police reports say a man now identified as 27-year-old Jeremiah Moore pounded on the door of a townhouse on Elsie Faye Heggins near Fair Park, and when no one answered, he opened fire through the door killing a 19-year-old girl later identified by police as Savannah Rodriguez.

Friends and neighbors say Rodriguez and two siblings were inside their own home. The siblings who where at home were wounded and were taken to the hospital.

Moore got away, but late Monday night a police source tells 1080 KRLD that he was arrested in Donley County in the Texas Panhandle.

It's not clear when Moore will be returned to Dallas. Police say he will be charged with Murder and three counts of Aggravated Assault.
