In Monday's "Ask the Expert," Dr. Jim Gaines with Texas A&M's Real Estate Center joins the KRLD Afternoon News. He says all indicators show interest rates will remain the same this year. He says Dallas is a city that attracts young business professionals, which are typically renters. As far as the suburbs, choices are limited for housing.
