An Austin man has been identified as the victim who was struck and killed by traffic in Azle Tuesday.
Police say the victim, later identified as Dakota Castleman, was hit on Highway 199, or Northwest Parkway, and died at the scene.
Police have not said whether the driver was at fault or would face charges.
