The Exxon-Mobil campus in Las Colinas has been sold to an Austin real estate company Capital Commercial Investments.

The company has also acquired the Plano property where JC Penney was headquartered until its bankruptcy two years ago.

Exxon-Mobil is moving its world headquarters to Houston and it put its nearly 300-acre Irving parcel on the market.

Exxon expects to complete the move early in the new year, taking about 200 corporate jobs to Houston.
