A slain 17-year-old has been identified and the gunman is still on the run, police say.
Authorities identified 17-year-old Salvador Milan as the person found fatally shot in a car Monday night on Bexar Street in southeast Dallas near the Great Trinity Forest.
Milan had been shot more than once and was declared dead at the scene. As of Wednesday, detectives did not know who shot Milan.
