(Fort Worth, TX) -- An infant has died at Cook Children's hospital in Fort Worth -- days after she was brought in after testing positive for heroin at a hospital in her home town of San Angelo.
Police and doctors noted injection marks on her body. The baby's mother, Destiney Harbour, has been arrested along with Harbour's mother and the mother's boyfriend.
All three are charged with causing serious bodily injury to a child. But now that the baby has died, those charges are likely to be upgraded.
