Two men, including a bail bond agent, are dead following a shootout in Garland Thursday night.
Police say the shooting happened at a hotel on Broadway near I-30 where two bail bondsmen were trying to recapture a suspected bail jumper who was hiding out.
Reports say the wanted felon ran from the room he was hiding in and started shooting, striking one of the bondsmen who later died at the hospital.
Garland police acting as back-up, returned fire and killed the felon who died at the scene.
Garland Police say no one else was wounded in the shooting.
The name of the suspect and the bondsman killed have not been released.
