A bicyclist is in a Dallas hospital and the hit-and-run driver who put him there is still on the loose this morning.
The rider and his mangled bicycle were found in the street where he was run down on Harry Hines near Wycliff.
The man was rushed to the E-R in critical condition.
The driver was long gone but police spent the rest of the morning scouring the scene for clues that might help them identify the vehicle.
