Garland police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found beneath a culvert on West Campbell near Water Oak Drive Sunday.
Police say the body was discovered about 10:30 a.m. when the water had receded a bit after Saturday's storms dropped several inches of rain, causing streams to rise sharply.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause of death or the victim's identity. But police did confirm it was an adult male that was found dead.
