According to his handler, Daphne Wang, Bolt works hard, plays harder, and brings 1,000% energy to the job every single shift. Off-duty, he is playful and quirky, but on duty, he is a laser-focused professional.

Trained at TSA's national facility in San Antonio, these explosives detection canine teams navigate crowded airport spaces to identify potential threats in real time. Originating in 1972 and expanded under TSA post-9/11, the national program relies on expert handlers who can read their dog's subtle behavioral cues, allowing them to resolve potential alerts swiftly with minimal disruption to traveling passengers.
