Police say Jamie Jamarillo shot and killed Sgt. Richard Houston in a grocery store parking lot last week, during a fight between Jamarillo's wife and mistress. Jamarillo then turned the gun on himself, but survived the shooting.
After his released he was formally charged with capital murder with a bond set at $2 million.
