The victim killed in a Saginaw shooting has now been identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner who says Daniel Higuita-Baquero died in a bedroom at the family's home just before midnight Wednesday.
Police now say they have arrested Higuita-Baquero's younger brother Jony, charging him with murder. Investigators have not said what led up to the shooting.
Last year, both brothers were arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of a man at the same home.
They were also charged with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl and that girl was charged with murder in the same fatal shooting. Her trial for that is scheduled for November.
