The family of a Canadian man thought to be missing in Dallas confirms he was killed in a car crash Thanksgiving morning.

29-year-old Aaron Tschritter traveled across the country to see the Dallas Cowboys play on thanksgiving day against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to his family.
Tschritter was in a car crash around 3 a.m. on Thanksgiving. Police say the car he was in lost control, slammed into an electric pole on South Good Latimer Expressway and burst into flames. One other person was in the car with him -- both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Tschritter’s family says he traveled from his home in Canada to catch the game. When they didn’t hear from him, they filed a missing persons report with the Dallas Police Department.
His wife confirmed online that Tschritter was killed in the crash. She calls the situation a “living hell” and is asking for prayers for the family, especially Tschritter’s young son.
