Fort Worth fire investigators now believe a house fire on Wayward Drive was accidental.
Officials say the home in the Eagle Ranch development burst into flames late Tuesday afternoon and fire crews found the fire had quite a head start when they pulled up.
The wind was really howling at the time with gusts well over 30 at times. So that made the fire even more dangerous and commanders ordered everyone out to fight it from the outside.
Even with help from other fire departments including River Oaks, Lake Worth, Saginaw, and Sansom Park, it took over an hour to get the fire knocked down.
