Celina ISD says it plans to release a redacted report by the end of the week detailing an independent investigation into alleged sexual misconduct by former teacher and coach Caleb Elliott.
School board members reviewed the report in a closed session this week and voted to make its findings public with limited redactions.
District officials say the investigation examined allegations involving students and was conducted by an outside firm after Elliott was removed from his position. The district has said the redactions are intended to protect student privacy and the integrity of ongoing legal matters, as criminal charges and multiple civil lawsuits connected to the case continue.
The case has drawn significant attention in Collin County, with parents and community members calling for transparency around how the district handled the allegations. Celina ISD has said it will not comment further until the report is released.
