For the past seven weeks Celina Police conducted the investigation and interviewed victims, witnesses, Celina ISD staff, and family members. Former teacher and coach Caleb Elliot is being charged on eight counts of sexual exploitation of children

Elliot faces state and federal charges for secretly recording dozens of boys undressing inside the Moore Middle School boys locker room and possession child pornography. 38 victims were identified.

Elliot is indicted on eight charges of sexual exploitation of children.

Cullison says the department's investigation concluded no other person knew about the misconduct and debunked a rumor about a camera being placed inside the boys locker room.
