A man is locked up and accused of running over a child in Grand Prairie over the weekend.
Grand Prairie police say the six-year-old was struck while crossing Regency Drive near Highway 360 and died after being transported to a local hospital.
Police have arrested a man named Herschell Pearson on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter.
