It'll be twelve years behind bars for Shawn Bieber the Cleburne mother who repeatedly attempted to suffocate her baby.
It got so bad that Cook Children's installed a camera in her room and recorded her squeezing the seven-month-old baby against her body until the infant went limp. She told staffers the baby stopped breathing on her own.
The investigation revealed Bieber had another baby who died in 2016.
One prosecutor described that death as "unusual and suspicious" but it was ruled the result of natural causes.
