A Colleyville man has been killed in traffic on Highway 121 in Grapevine.
According to police, last night about 6:30 p.m. witnesses saw a man pull his car over on the shoulder near Mustang Drive and intentionally walk out in traffic where he was run over.
Paramedics found Ujjawal Mishra very badly injured. He was rushed to Baylor-Scott-and-White where he died less than an hour later.
Grapevine police say there will be no charges against the driver who did stop after hitting the man.
