A Collin County fugitive has now been added to the DPS Top Ten Most Wanted list.
McKinney police have been looking for Joshua Lockett since July 5th with warrants for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He also has multiple outstanding warrants on drug and weapons charges.
Lockett has a long rap sheet including a two-year prison stint for deadly conduct by shooting at someone.
Police and DPS consider him to be dangerous, saying he is affiliated with the notorious Bloods gang.
