A powerful EF-3 tornado struck the town of Celina on Saturday night, prompting Collin County Judge Chris Hill to declare a disaster. Despite the destruction of several homes, there were limited injuries reported and no fatalities.
In response to the disaster, the nonprofit group GraceBridge has stepped in to assist affected families by providing much-needed supplies.
As recovery efforts begin, the community is coming together to support those impacted by the tornado.
