Collin County Sheriff Jim Skinner may fight a Civil Service Commission decision to reinstate one of seven jailers that Skinner fired after an inmate died in custody last month.
When the decision was made public yesterday, Skinner immediately said he disagreed with it and his spokesman says the Sheriff reserves his right to appeal.
The March 14th death of Marvin Scott at the jail has led to a month of demonstrations.
