A community vigil will be held tonight at Palestine High School in memory of teacher Michael Coyne who was killed in a wrong-way crash in Wilmer Sunday night.
Coyne and two students were returning home from the Dallas Mavericks NBA playoff game at American Airlines Center when they were involved in a head-on wrong-way crash on I-45.
The two students are still in the hospital recovering. The wrong-way driver and her two small children were also killed.
Coyne was a speech and communications teacher and had coached several sports at the Junior High level.
Tomorrow night, the family will receive visitors at First Baptist chuech in Palestine followed by Saturday's funeral, also being held at the church.
