Senator John Cornyn's campaign has released a lengthy digital ad detailing what the campaign calls 'The Ken Paxton Scandal Timeline They Don't Want You to See.'
The six-minute long ad details a number of allegations involving the Texas Attorney General from securities fraud charges to his impeachment in the Texas House.
The ad comes just two days after the Texas primary resulted in the two facing each other in a May runoff.
After the Primary results, President Trump said he would endorse one and ask the other to drop out but Paxton initially said he would not drop out of the race.
Politico reported Thursday that President Trump may be leaning toward endorsing Senator Cornyn after Attorney General Paxton initially said he would not drop out if the president endorsed Cornyn.
We are monitoring the Paxton campaign if he releases any rebuttal ad against Cornyn.
