The Dallas Cowboys rally from a 21-0 first-half deficit to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 24-21 on a last-second field goal Sunday at AT&T Stadium.
The comeback capped one of the team’s most dramatic finishes in recent years and marked a historic milestone for quarterback Dak Prescott, who became the franchise’s all-time passing leader during the game.
Prescott passed Tony Romo’s long-standing franchise record of 34,183 yards with a third-quarter completion to wide receiver George Pickens. The Cowboys’ offense, which struggled early, found momentum after halftime as Prescott threw for 354 yards and accounted for three total touchdowns. The defense held Philadelphia scoreless in the second half, setting up the final drive that ended with the game-winning kick.
The win improves Dallas’ position in the NFC race and snaps an early deficit that had the home crowd stunned. The Cowboys now turn their attention to the stretch run of the season with renewed momentum after their largest comeback victory of the year.
