Two juveniles are in police custody in connection to the fatal shooting of a security guard at a CVS Pharmacy in Downtown Dallas on Friday night, police say.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to a shooting at the CVS Pharmacy located on the corner of Main and Akard Streets in downtown Dallas, police said.
When officers arrived, they found Anthony Egeonu, 39, a store security guard, on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.
Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to the hospital, where he died. Two juvenile suspects are in custody. Their names are not being released due to their age.
Egeonu leaves behind a wife and three children.
The cause behind the shooting is still unknown at this time, as officials are continuing to investigate.
