The merger has now been completed, joining Dallas-based Topgolf Entertainment with sports equipment maker Callaway.
The deal was announced in October and has now cleared all regulatory hurdles.
Callaway already owned 14% of Topgolf shares.
Now, Callaway stockholders will own more than 51% of the shares in the new company.
