Those in charge of elections in Dallas County are giving one last reminder about the big change affecting Election Day voters.
Because the local parties did not agree to hold a joint primary, voters must vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, March 3rd.
Dallas County Elections Administrator Paul Adams says you can look up where that is on their website.
"Not only are each parties selecting their own locations, but as I mentioned, when you go into the locations you will see that there are certain areas that are for democrats and certain areas that are for republicans," Adams said. "It's a separate election."
Denton County is the same as Dallas County. Voters must vote at their assigned precinct.
There is far more freedom in Rockwall, Collin, and Tarrant Counties where voters can vote at any polling location.
The Dallas Regional Chamber offers a guide to voters across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
