It's a month ago today since power outages and arctic temperatures left a multi-million dollar trail of damage in North Texas.
Fair Park in Dallas is now beginning to get a grasp on how bad it is.
Fair Park Assistant General Manager Dee Ann Hirsch says they have more damage because they have a big complex -- more than 275 acres.
Hirsch says they had damage at nearly two dozen buildings and they're still working up the damage estimates.
But one report water says damage from burst pipes will run $3.7 million just in the Hall of State alone
