It was a very busy couple of nights for the men and women of the Dallas Fire and Rescue teams.

Even with heavy rains falling all across North Texas, parts of southeast Dallas County saw some of the heaviest rains.

The DFR swiftwater rescue teams at Station 29 and Station 30 rescued 21 people and 10 dogs from fast moving waters caused by the storms.
