Dallas ISD closes another school, goes to online learning over COVID-19 cases


Officials with the Dallas ISD have shut down another school because of the coronavirus.

Caillet Elementary was closed Monday and will not reopen until Tuesday November 17th. All classes have been moved to online instruction.

Three people are the school have tested positive for the virus.

According to the Dallas ISD COVID-19 dashboard, there are 896 confirmed coronavirus cases districtwide incluging 357 staff members, 92 central (support) staff, and 447 students.
