The pickup spot for Uber or Lyft at Dallas Love Field is changing once again.
The Uber / Lyft pickup spot is moving from Garage B to the current valet pavilion and Garage C on the terminal's southeast side. They say this was done after travelers reported extreme dissatisfaction with the current spot that was established in 2023.
The airport claims the current location required a lengthy and challenging walk for some less fit travelers. An analysis completed over the summer determined that significantly less space was needed for ride share pick-up...so they made the change.
The airport claims that the relocation will provide passengers with a six (6) - minute walk to their ride.
The changes start Friday, January 3rd.
