Dallas police have identified the man they've arrested in the Family Dollar shooting that left a man dead earlier this week.
Police say Kevin Jackson is accused of shooting a man at the store on South Lancaster Road in Oak Cliff Tuesday night.
According to reports, two store employees were allegedly fighting with a man identified as Phillip Betts, who was suspected of shoplifting.
Police say Jackson came into the store, saw the fight and fired one shot from his handgun, killing Betts at the scene.
