In Dallas, police announce an arrest has been made in connection with a mass shooting at a party that left a 21-year-old woman dead.
Dallas Police say Christopher Jones has been arrested and charged with deadly conduct and possession of meth. The shooting on Collins Avenue happened in the early hours of April 14, when a large party had moved into the street.
Investigators say one person began firing shots into the crowd and then others began firing shots. 9 people were hit in the shooting, including 21-year-old Coriesha Bradford who died.
Police believe Jones fired his gun into the air at some point during the night and believe the shooting was gang-related.
Jones is also facing charges out of Tarrant County for engaging in organized criminal activity.
He is currently being held in the Dallas County jail on an $80,000 bond.
