A Dallas man has been indicted for murder after running over his girlfriend three times, killing her.
Prosecurots say 21-year old Justise Wade-Harris is charged in the brutal January death of Cecelia Nash. Police say the attack happened in January in the 1800 block of South Boulevard near I-45 and MLK.
Court records say Wade-Harris first struck Nash with is vehicle, then turned the car aournd and struck her a second time while she lay critically injured on the ground. He then made another full turn and ran over Nash for a third time.
A woman identified as a relative of suspect Justise Wade-Harris called police to say her car had been taken without her knowledge that morning and returned with body damage.
Using data from the car's GPS and from Wade-Harris's cell phone, detectives had enough information to get an arrest warrant. They took him into custody in February.
