A Dallas man has been captured in Rains County where he's charged with on-line solicitation of a minor.
Police reports say Christian Castillo remains locked up as part of an investigation into crimes against children.
Police say the investigation involves a number of law enforcement agencies including the Rains County Sheriff's Office, Caddo Mills police, DPS and the state attorney general's office.
Due to the ongoing investigation this is the only information that will be released at this time, according to police.
