A Dallas man who killed a Venezuelan woman in a 2022 Carrollton road rage murder has pleaded guilty.

Court records show 26-year-old Shardrel Damon Webb has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for killing an innocent woman because he was mad at a driver.

At the time, Carrollton Police said Webb was in a Volkswagen Jetta that got into a dispute with the occupants of a Nissan driving near Marsh Lane and Keller Springs Road.

At some point, Webb began shooting at the other vehicle, police said, and one of the bullets struck 21-year-old Aurimar Iturriago, of Venezuela, who was a passenger in the backseat of the Nissan. She died at the scene.

Two other felony charges were rolled into the plea agreement.
