DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- A Dallas police officer is on forced leave following her arrest by Carrollton police on a charge of Abandoning and Endangering a Child with Intent to Return.
Neither Dallas nor Carrollton police are supplying further details except to say Officer Aleia Burley was off-duty at the time.
In addition to the Carrollton PD's criminal investigation Dallas police have opened an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
